The Roles we are always looking for:

Directors
We are always looking for new Directors to join us. We want people of a like mind who are looking to develop new areas of direct legal services.

Managers
Breeze & Wyles is run as a commercial business not as a traditional solicitors practice. Accordingly we have a number of non-legal management functions that require managers.

Case Handlers
Case Handlers need to combine legal conveyancing knowledge with team management skills. We look for individuals who are target driven, able to motivate others and take pride in both the quality of work and achieving objectives. We look for people who require minimum levels of supervision and who possess the personality to inspire their colleagues.

The role involves managing large numbers of property cases simultaneously to ensure that they are processed swiftly and with the highest level of customer service. Case Handlers need to have the skills to prioritise, delegate, plan and to manage and  train others.

Case Support workers
Case support workers are the engine of our business. They are responsible for the processing of all our clients transactions. We look for people who work quickly and efficiently but primarily with attention to detail. Case support workers need to be capable of  good teamwork and must possess good I.T skills.

The roles necessitates a confident telephone manner, an ability to learn and a strong focus on providing excellent client service

Trainee Solicitor
We view our trainees as our future partners. When we interview potential trainees it is always with a view to considering their future career with the firm. We only recruit those in whom we can see possess the potential to become Directors within the firm.

We look for people who display confidence and ambition, people who are alert to the business requirements of a solicitors practice.

We normally recruit 2/3 trainees per year for training contracts to commence the following year. Potential trainees need to hold a 2:1 or higher degree.
