Transfer up to the High Court

This free service allows you to apply for County Court judgments to be transferred to the High Court for enforcement.  Fill in the application form on line and we will do the rest!

Guidance Notes
This service is entirely free (but please see the note below).  The only money we will need from you is a cheque to cover the Court Fees for issuing the writ of Fi-Fa – currently £50 per matter.
Using this form you can apply for;

Family & Divorce @ Breeze and Wyles Solicitors
  • A Full service - where we will generate and process the transfer form (N293A) and obtain the writ of Fi Fa, or;
  • A part service where you provide the transfer form (N293A) and we do the rest!

We will keep you informed of progress at every stage in the transfer process.

NOTE:  This service is only available for free if you are prepared for the enforcement to be carried out by
Marston Group Limited
1st Floor, 48 Tameway Tower
Bridge Street
Walsall
West Midlands
WS1 1JZ.

If you wish us to do a transfer up on your behalf for any other enforcement officer, we reserve the right to charge up to £120.00 per matter.

What we will need:

For a Full Transfer up:

  1. Please fill in the on-line form and print it out.  Send it to us together with;
